These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the seri33 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing seri33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

All seri33 accounts are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age is verified during KYC before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active seri33 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and balance forfeiture without notice.
Fair Play Enforced
Use of automated scripts, bots, or collusion to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active seri33 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. seri33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to keep those credentials secure.
3.3 seri33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, seri33 requires Players to submit identity verification documents, which may include:
3.4 seri33 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed may be closed at seri33's discretion.
4.1 Deposits to seri33 accounts are accepted via the payment channels listed on the platform at the time of transaction, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits and withdrawals at seri33 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise indicated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
4.3 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the seri33 platform. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to periodic revision.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same seri33 account, except where seri33 otherwise approves in writing. seri33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 seri33 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet channels. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and are not guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
4.6 seri33 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate further review.
5.1 seri33 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Players from time to time. The award and use of such incentives are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated on the relevant promotional page. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30×) the bonus amount applies.
5.3 seri33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements.
5.4 seri33 may void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
6.1 All games on the seri33 platform operate in accordance with the rules published by the respective game providers. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game provider's published rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.
6.2 seri33 is not responsible for any interruption of service, software or hardware malfunction, or connectivity issues that cause a game session to terminate abnormally. Where a wager is accepted but a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, seri33 will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly based on available game state data.
6.3 Bets placed and confirmed by the seri33 system are binding. seri33 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers after they have been placed and confirmed, except where expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or sportsbook market.
6.4 In the event of a game software error resulting in an incorrect payout, seri33 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the original wager amounts to the Players' accounts.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the seri33 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
7.2 Where seri33 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that prohibited conduct has occurred, seri33 may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, void associated transactions, and withhold or forfeit funds held in the account. seri33 may also report conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.
8.1 seri33 is committed to responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the tools available in the Account Settings section of the platform.
8.2 Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and six months through the responsible gaming controls. Players seeking a longer-term or permanent exclusion should contact seri33 support directly.
8.3 seri33 strictly prohibits gaming by individuals under the age of 21. If seri33 has reason to believe that an account is being used by a person under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held will be dealt with in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols.

8.5 seri33 reserves the right to impose account limits or restrictions on any Player where there is reasonable concern about the Player's gaming behaviour, without prior notice.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the seri33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of platform content.
9.3 The seri33 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of seri33. Unauthorised use of seri33 trademarks in any context is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, seri33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the seri33 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 seri33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their seri33 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 seri33 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. seri33 undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but gives no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
10.4 Players access and use the seri33 platform entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
11.1 seri33 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Players via the email address registered to their seri33 account or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect.

12.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of seri33.

12.3 seri33 will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a complete written submission from the Player. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body recognised by the relevant international gaming authority.
12.4 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between seri33 and the Player with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, and understandings between the parties relating to such subject matter.
